Refund Policy

Health Now is committed to providing high-quality primary care, telehealth services, and personalized IV therapy. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided by our clinic. (This policy is subject to change without notification)
Medical Services
All clinical services, including in-person and telehealth visits, are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Cancellations and No-Show Fees
Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in a cancellation or no-show fee of $50, which is not refundable.
IV Therapy Appointments
IV therapy preparations are customized for each patient. Because of pharmacy compounding and supply costs:

Missed IV therapy appointments will be charged the full cost of the infusion.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the initial appointment creation, you may still be responsible for the cost of the compounded IV bag.
Products and Supplements
Unopened products may be eligible for a refund within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Opened, used, or damaged products are not refundable.
Billing Issues
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the charge.
